    Due to a copy-paste error, the wrong accession number and primer sequences were provided for the EF1A assay in Table 2.

    The correct GenBank accession number is: EX722124
    Forward primer: CGGTATCCTCAAGCCCAACA
    Reverse primer: GTCAGAGACTCGTGGTGCATCT
