On the x-axis are the migration values in the non-denaturing gel, the y-axis reflects the height of the peaks. The red peaks are the size markers and the blue peaks are the RSCA-peaks. The left most of the blue peaks are the FLR-homoduplex peak. The other blue peaks are used in the RSCA-scoring.
