Cyclin T2 depletion does not affect HeLa cell growth. HeLa cells transduced with lentiviral shRNA vectors (shRNA T2, shRNA T1, shRNA MM) for 5 days were sorted by flow cytometry for GFP expression. The sorted (10⁵ cells) cells were plated and MTT cell growth and viability assay was performed on days 0, 3, 7 and 9. Results are expressed as the percentage of viable cells compared with MM control shRNA transduced cells.
