  1. Ranking of reference genes using two different methods, ΔCq and the software GeNorm (http://medgen.ugent.be/~jvdesomp/genorm/). The normalisation with ΔCq was performed with all samples while with GeNorm it was performed with all samples, with greenhouse samples and with field samples individually.
