SG1.1 P-GAL4 element is inserted at 1922 bp upstream of the transcriptional start site of olf413 (red star). The insertion site of Trojan-GAL4, and the position of start codon (ATG) and Stop codon in olf413 are marked on the basis of BDGP genome data [13, 20]
