The “CT” values of each gene in untreated cells were 17.82 ± 0.81 (Rpl32 control), 29.19 ± 2.68 (Tnf), 30.15 ± 2.38 (Cox2), 27.58 ± 2.06 (Gm-csf), 27.70 ± 2.42 (Infr) and 28.03 ± 1.89 (Il12b)
