A) Standard curve as well as external positive control values were linear below the 10 pg/ml NGF levels, comparable to 7.8 pg/ml sensitivity level of the Elisa kit. B) ELISA on the aqueous samples from patients' undergone cataract and POAG surgery. Standard curve has a R2 value of 1 and the recombinant NGF kept as positive control show predicted values (R2 = 1). In both control (green diamond) and POAG (red triangles) samples NGF was below the sensitivity of the kit.
