  1. The relationship between each printed probe and the corresponding hybridized target is outlined.
  2. Serial dilutions were carried out so that each of the eight probes was diluted from DNA stocks at 200, 20 and 2 ng/l.
  3. One of the probes ycxA was also serially diluted to additional concentrations namely, 5 ng/l, 0.5 ng/l and 0.05 ng/l.
  4. The yacK probe was omitted from the microarray meter plate used with the QArrayMini and BioRobotics Microgrid II robots.
