  2. a The times shown are actual times of day (GMT-7), not hours since kill. Since not all kills occurred at midnight on the 1st day, there are less data points in some of the earlier hour's classes on the 1st day.
  3. b Days with overall means not sharing the same capital letter superscript (A, B, C, D) are significantly (F = 44.2, df = 5, P < 0.0001) different.
