Gene ontology (GO) graphs using percentages of 2nd level GO terms. Overall, 696 high-quality sequences were annotated using Blast2GO software and included in the graphs. Each of the three categories is presented, including biological process (A), molecular function (B) and cellular component (C). The number of GOs in each class is shown, restricted to GO classes with 30 or more entities.
