  1. This table represents a subset of the RMSD-based distances that were calculated between partitions of human influenza H1N1 collection dates. Each value is the average positional RMSD along the lengths of the 2 compared HA segments. The complete RMSD distance matrix was then used as input into R to compute a dendrogram as seen in Figure 7.
