White and black dots represent demethylated and methylated CpG dinucleotides, respectively. Each line represents an individual sequence and the number of identical clones presenting that sequence is indicated on the right. (B) Expression analysis of miR-200c and miR-141 in various breast cancer cell lines. Data are mean of triplicates and are calculated relative to miR-16 expression, which in all experiments did not exhibit significant differences in Ct values between samples.
