rs2067085 genotype-specific expression of the NOD2 -C2 transcript in human LCLs. The expression rate was determined by RT-PCR spanning NOD2 exon 2-4 and calculated as percent fraction of exon 3a inclusion vs. all processed transcripts from this region.
