The distances were evaluated two times on the same set of specimens, by either the same user (left) or two different users (right). The repeatability of the measurements were estimated and shown Table 1. The user effect can be visualized going from left to right as a larger scattering of the distances around their expected values (identity). Procrustes distances were evaluated using the module COV of the CLIC software. The graph was obtained from the NTSYSpc-2.02™software.
