In situ hybridization was performed using LNA probes for miR-92a. The tumor tissue was positive for miR-92a. Blue signals represent positive results for miR-92a. In situ hybridization was performed using LNA probes for the scramble probe. The tumor tissue was negative for the scramble probe (right). B: Plasma miR-92a levels were significantly decreased in accordance with tumor growth (P = 0.0142).
