Structure analysis of PAB1135. (A) Circular dichroism analysis of 2 mg/ml PAB1135. A spectrum with double negative peaks at 208 and 222 nm, and positive peak near 190 nm is detected. The deconvolution of CD spectra (blue line) indicates a >27% and >25% content of alpha and beta structures, respectively. (B) Size-exclusion chromatography of PAB1135 after cleavage of His-PAB1135 with trypsin for release of the His-tag.
