- aPurified MΦ were pre-incubated for 24 h with 10 ng/ml LPS and cultured for 36 h in the presence or absence of 10-6 M or 10-8 M prednisone, thalidomide, cyclosporine A, or amitriptyline. TNF-α, IL-12, and IL-10 levels in the culture supernatant were quantified by ELISA.
