Lack of the human lamin A minigene protein product in primary osteoblasts from tetop-LAG608G+;α1p-rtTA+ bi-transgenic mice. No immunofluorescence staining was detected when using an antibody specific for human lamin A/C on osteoblasts isolated from bi-transgenic tetop-LAG608G+;α1p-rtTA+ mice on different genetic backgrounds, FVB/NCrl a and C57BL/6J c.
