  1. Ten breast cancer aCGH data were segmented using the hybrid CBS. The time consumed on each of the three steps involved in segmentation, namely, candidate location, significance evaluation, and edge effect correction, was analyzed and listed. Here, significance evaluation was done by a hybrid method and early stopping rules.
