The brownish red region indicates the immunoreactivity of the rabbit polyclonal antibody with the human S100A7 protein expressed in the tissue of the larynx with neoplasia, after being labeled with a chromogenic substrate (DAB) using the NovoLink Polymer Detection System kit (Novocastra, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK).
