  1. 1C. elegans cultures were exposed to AITC (0-10 μM), B. juncea cv. Arrid (0-144.5 μg) or AITC (0-10 μM) + B. juncea cv. Arrid (0-144.5 μg) for 2 h at room temperature and the total protein extract was analyzed by ELISA for the presence of HSP70 protein.
