The graph shows the assignment of the Haliotis midae contigs and the Lottia gigantea clustered ESTs to the 25 categories of the eukaryotic orthologous groups of proteins (KOG). The main KOG categories are represented with different colours. Darker variants of each colour indicate the H. midae matches while lighter variants those of L. gigantea.
