Abbreviations: n number of observations, CV [%Ct] the coefficient of variance expressed as a percentage on the Ct level, SD [± Ct] the standard deviation of the Ct. Results from overall tissues irrespective of stimulation, non-stimulated control and different stimulations (LPS, LTA and LPS + LTA) are shown
