  1. Results of the reference genes ranking using the software NormFinder (http://www.mdl.dk/publicationsnormfinder.htm). The normalisation was performed with all samples, separating greenhouse and field and using Greenhouse and Field as “groups”. When no “groups” are introduced the result is only one best gene.
