Induction profiles of the P R/cmtO and P R/tetO promoters. Induction profiles of mCherry containing pLC290 and pLC291 derivatives (A) pJP18T and (B) pJP22T in M. extorquens PA1. Cell cultures were grown to mid-log phase and induced for 24 hrs prior to fluorescence measurements.
