The cluster centroids for term and preterm labor for this cluster is shown in G. The subsequent ELISA assay results for serum amyloid A2 are shown in H, after identification of candidate biomarker by chromatographic purification, gel purification, and sequencing of tryptic fragments as previously described in the text.
