  1. Z-test of selection with null hypothesis (H0: dN = dS) was tested with two different alternative hypothesis such as positive selection (HA: dN > dS) and purifying selection (HA: dN < dS). Z statistics and Tajima’s D as well as significance values (p value) were calculated with coding sequences (CDS) of each starch synthase.
