There was a non-specific pattern of hypometabolism of the right parietal cortex (white arrow) and temporal cortex (red arrow) as well as hypometabolism of the right cerebellar hemisphere (yellow arrow). The latter could not be explained by crossed cerebellar diaschisis as in that case the left cerebellar hemisphere would have shown a hypometabolic pattern.
