The main differences are in the intensity variations. At the late stage of the intracellular life cycle of the parasite (48 h), peaks at 865 cm⁻¹, 984 cm⁻¹, 1046 cm⁻¹, and 1420 cm⁻¹ are more intense in the infected culture than in the control culture.
