Relative levels of HSP90.5 transcripts in variegated lines. Relative HSP90.5 mRNA transcript levels of wild type like no. 3 (3G) and no. 57 (57G) as well as variegated transgenic plants from lines no. 3 (3A), no. 8 (8A) and no. 57 (57A). The transcript levels were normalized to WT transcript level. ACTIN7 was used as an internal control. Three technical replicates were performed per experiment, and three independent experiments were performed. Error bars represent standard deviation.
