BDNF protects PC12 cells from death. (A) Differentiated PC12 cells were treated with the indicated amounts of BDNF for 15 h, and cell toxicity was measured by LDH assay. Data shown represent mean ± SEM, tested using a one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post-tests (*p <0.05, n = 4). (B) Differentiated PC12 cells were treated with the indicated amounts of the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 for 15 h, and cell toxicity was measured by LDH assay.
