Percentage of reaction types observed among the B. distachyon ecotypes Bd1-1, Bd12-3, Bd21-1, Bd29-1, and Bd30-1 following inoculation with Z. tritici. Reaction types were classified as No symptoms, Chlorosis only, Chlorosis with necrosis or necrosis with no symptoms of chlorosis. The percentage of plants with each reaction type was calculated using three biological replicates where n = 24.
