Gene Ontology analysis. A total of 200 protein-coding genes within the copy number variation region were subjected to Gene Ontology analysis and categorized by biological process. The logarithm was taken of the functional enrichment p-values by database for annotation, visualization and integrated discovery. A log (p-value) value around three indicates that the biological process is pertinent to the gene list.
