Follow-up magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings. The lesion appears hypointense to muscle on T1-weighted MRI (a), and predominantly hyperintense on T2-weighted fat-saturated sequences (b). Post-gadolinium sequences show peripheral enhancement of the cyst (c). MRI reveals simple bone cyst or aneurysmal bone cyst in the distal humerus (yellow arrow).
