In the small graph the slope value corresponds to the preserved amount of DNA from both of the extraction time points. In the extended graph black line and dots represent the DNA yields in fresh samples, grey line and dots represent the DNA yields in 10-days frozen samples, finally the dashed line represents the DNA concentration tendency with the applied correction factor
