Relative variable fluorescence induction transients after double normalization between Fo = 0 and Fm = 1 for healthy (17) and infected Euphorbia cyparissias (814). Measurements are ordered from the base (1 and 8) to the top (7 and 14) of the plants. For normalization the value at time 10 µs was set 0 and the value at 0.3 s to 1 (data from Fig. 1)
