Optimization of canine IL-12 single-chain protein expression in the baculovírus-insect cell system. High-Five cells were infected with distinctive baculovírus constructs using different multiplicity of infection (MOI) and time of infection (TOI). Dot-blot assay was carried out using 150 μL of infected cell culture supernatant proteins impregnated on nitrocellulose membrane and anti-His C-Term antibodies followed by anti-mouse immunoglobulin-alkaline phosphatase conjugate and substrate
