Cross-reactivity of the mouse anti-SAM monoclonal antibody 118-6 with SAM analogs. Each well of a 96-well plate was coated with 0.1 µg/mL PLL-aza-SAM, and serial dilutions of the SAM standard aza-SAM, S-adenosylhomocysteine (SAH), adenosine (Ade), L-methionine (Met), methylthioadenosine (MTA), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and 1:35,000 antibody were added. HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG antibody and substrate TMB were then added. The y-axis shows the OD450 of each well in relation to the wells without antigen competition. The x-axis shows the concentration of SAM. A lower value on the y-axis indicates greater competition
