By selecting (highlighting) a protein, in this example the top-ranking protein, all identified peptides corresponding to that protein are shown in the middle sector of the window. Peptides selected (highlighted) in the middle sector of the window are then displayed in color at the bottom window where the full protein sequence is displayed
