Variation of iBK concentrations as a function of time and stimulation in samples of previously stored citrated blood plasma (incubation at 37 °C in the presence of enalaprilat, 130 nM, added at time zero). Plasma samples originated from healthy subjects or HAE patients with C1-INH deficiency. Values are mean ± S.E.M. for a number of subjects indicated by n.
