MCF-7 and MDA-MB 231 cells were treated with different concentrations of levobupivacaine for 24 h. a, b The cells were lysed and subjected to 12% SDS-PAGE and analysed by western blotting and probed with specific antibodies p-PI3K, p-Akt, and p-mTOR. The results showed a decrease in the expressions of p-PI3K, p-Akt, and p-mTOR proteins. GAPDH was used as internal controls. The data represent the mean ± SD of three independent experiments
