The effects of U50,488H in the CPA test. Briefly, as described in the “Materials and methods”, mice underwent pre-tests on Day one and then conditioned twice a day (one saline and one U50,488H sessions) for 3 days and tested on Day 5. The data shows the time the mouse spent during the post-test subtracting the amount of time spent during the pre-test. Ten mice were used for each experimental group. Data were presented as (mean ± SE) and analyzed by Student’s t-tests (** p < 0.01)
