  1. All cancers combined: ICD-10 codes C00–C97, D45, D46, D47.1, D47.3–D47.5, C26.0 (“malignant neoplasms of the intestinal tract unspecified”) was included in colorectal cancer mortality, as it has been reported that deaths certified as ‘bowel cancer’ tended to be coded to C26.0 [7]
