The overall genetic distance (nucleotide identity) divergence for all 28 isolates varied between 0.000 and 0.020 (98.0–100% similarity) while divergence of our isolates with A. schuberti was 0.024 (2.4%). The genetic distance divergence between our isolates and Pseudomonas aeruginosa used as an out group was estimated at 0.153 (15.3%)
