TNF-α, IL-4, and IL-6 expression by ELISA of breast cancer and MCF-10a cell supernatants following treatment with total lipoprotein lipid hydrolysis products generated by LPL. Breast cancer cells and MCF-10a cells were treated with either total lipoprotein lipid hydrolysis products generated by LPL (HP) or mock heparinized media (Mock) for 24 h. Conditioned media were examined for (A) TNF-α, (B) IL-4, and (C) IL-6 by ELISA. Data are presented as the mean of triplicate biological experiments, ± SD.
