Effects of JAKi on STAT1 phosphorylation in IFN-γ stimulated neutrophils. Neutrophils were pretreated with JAKi (tofacitinib, baricitinib, upadacitinib) at the indicated concentrations for 1 h and then stimulated with IFN-γ (50 ng/ml) for 20 min. Phosphorylation of STAT1 was determined by Western blotting using phospho-specific antibodies against STAT1. Phosphorylation levels of JAK2 were normalized to total protein levels. For relative quantification, the ratio of phosphorylated STAT1 to total STAT1 was defined as 1.0 in the IFN-γ-stimulated neutrophils
