Effects of ERN on expression of osteoclast-differentiation associated genes. BMCs were cultured with various concentrations of ERN (0–1 µM) in the presence of 1α,25(OH)2D3 (10–8 M) for 6 days. mRNA expression levels of c-Fos (A), NFATc1 (B), TRAP (C), Ctsk (D), DC-STAMP (E), and OC-STAMP (F) were analyzed by real-time PCR, and the results were normalized to the expression of the β-actin-encoding ACTB gene.
