Exons and introns are indicated by black and white boxes, respectively. The length of the protein product in number of amino acids is indicated under exon 15 for CLOCK1B proteins, which is synonymous with the PolyQ domain. The Salmo salar Tc1-like transposon insert located in intron 15/16 of OtsClock1a and OmyClock1a genes is indicated.
