MS-1 & MS-2 indicate the positions of the primers used to amplify the S gene and the HBV-3'-UTR. (B) Diagrammatic map of the pRP265 vector used for cloning and expression the HBV S gene. The insert is showing the DNA and amino acid sequence of the multi cloning site (MCS) where the insert will be cloned.
