MS-1 & MS-2 indicate the positions of the primers used to amplify the S gene and the HBV-3'-UTR. (B) Diagrammatic map of the pRP265 vector used for cloning and expression the HBV S gene. The insert is showing the DNA and amino acid sequence of the multi cloning site (MCS) where the insert will be cloned. The maps in this figure were generated using the BioEdit software (Ibis Biosciences, USA).
