Expression level of OXDC after incubation of E. coli TOP 10 and pBy cells with L-arabinose and MnCl 2 . The cloned DNA encoding OXDC was inserted into the pBAD/gIII-A vector and the plasmid vector transformed into E. coli TOP 10. Expression of OXDC was induced by different concentration of L-arabinose (0%, 0.02%, 0.2%, 2%, 20%) and MnCl2 and was confirmed using SDS-PAGE followed by staining with 0.1% Brilliant Blue R.
